1 – Refund Policy (No Refunds!)
As noted in the purchase agreement, the Eat Like A New Yorker! Dining Pass is a non-refundable pass because you are purchasing our information, local knowledge, and technology.
No one in our office or at our tech partner is authorized to issue a refund.
Our pass is STRICTLY non-refundable once purchased.
Do not contact us regarding a refund. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
2 – Pass Customer Service
If you have already purchased your pass and have a question, please:
- Click the “More” tab on your pass.
- Go to the “Need Help?” section and choose from the available support options.
Please do not contact us for technical issues with your pass. We are foodies, not techies, and we do not operate the technical side of the pass.
3 – Best Way to Get a Response
Due to time differences, the fastest way to get a same-day response is by email.
Phone responses may take several business days.
4 – Phone Calls & Callbacks
If you call us and reach our voicemail, you must let us know the latest time we can call you back at night.
Example: If you are in California, you may allow us to call you up until 10 PM Pacific Time (1 AM New York Time). Providing this information may allow you to receive a same-day callback.

5 – International Call Policy
Due to time differences, we do not return calls outside the U.S. and Canada.
If you are from another country, please email us.
